Returns & Withdrawal Policy

We want you to feel entirely confident in the elegance and quality of every Himalaya Pashmina piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your purchase.

1. Your Right to Cancel (EU Law)

As an EU customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date you receive your goods.
To exercise your right, simply email us at returns@himalayapashmina.de with your order number and intention to return.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Products should not show signs of wear, makeup, or perfume

  • Returns must be sent within 14 days of your return request approval

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. How to Return Your Order (Step-by-Step)

  1. Email us at himalayapashmina@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will send you a return label (free for Germany; international return costs vary)

  3. Carefully repack the item in original packaging

  4. Drop it off at your local postal point

  5. You will receive a confirmation email once the item has been received and processed

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to credit the funds.

Shipping fees (if any) may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different color or style, please place a new order once your refund is confirmed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Used, washed, or damaged scarves

  • Personalized packaging (if requested)

7. Returning from Outside Germany

Returns from outside Germany are accepted.
However, customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any customs duties or VAT not refundable under local law

We recommend tracked shipping for all international returns.
